YOUR CUSTOMER ACCOUNT In order to order on our Site, you can create a customer account via the "Create an account" section or place an order without creating a customer account, as a guest. The creation of your account allows you :
If you order as a guest, you will have access to your order tracking by email. By ordering on our Site, you confirm that you are a private individual, and that you are purchasing our products for personal use in quantities that correspond to the usual needs of a consumer's household. In no case, our Site can be used by professional "customers" sellers. We reserve the right to refuse an order that is obviously validated by a professional customer. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your customer account and password, and for restricting access to your computer or other equipment. As such, you agree that you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. If you suspect that your customer account is being used by a third party, we recommend that you change your password and contact us to close the abused customer account, if necessary. HOW TO ORDER ON OUR SITE? You can order your favorite items directly on our Site. The offers of products and prices are valid as long as they are visible on the Site, within the limits of available stocks. In case of commercial operations, the duration of the offer will be indicated on the Site and in our newsletters. It may happen that our products are temporarily unavailable, and you will be informed of this on the product sheet. To order, nothing could be easier!
By placing an order, you declare to be at least 18 years old and to have the legal capacity (or if you are a minor, to have a parental authorization to place your order). Once your order is prepared by us, you will receive an email informing you of the shipment of your items. You will then be able to track the status of your order using the tracking information contained in the email. PRICES OF OUR PRODUCTS The prices of our products are indicated on the Site in euros, all taxes included (TTC), excluding shipping costs (which will be specified when you choose your delivery method). They take into account the Value Added Tax (VAT) and possible reductions applicable to our commercial operations in force on the day of your order. The Customer acknowledges and accepts that the prices of the products are likely to vary between the Site and the stores, and that in no case this difference in price can be the basis for a request for a refund, neither total nor partial (apart from your right of retraction applicable under the conditions provided below). Please note that sales that may be subject to a VAT refund must be made directly in the store. No request for a VAT refund will be accepted in the case of a purchase made online. HOW TO PAY YOUR ORDER? The payment of your order is made directly online by credit card (CB, Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or by bank transfer. After confirmation of your payment by our payment provider, your bank account will be debited with the total amount of your order. We would like to reassure you that all your transactions are secure and comply with the legal provisions in force: they take place within a strict framework of confidentiality and encryption of all your data at our payment provider. We do not have access at any time to your personal data concerning your means of payment, in particular your bank card, and we do not store them on our servers. However, you may wish to save your bank details in your customer account so that they can be used for future orders. DELIVERY OF YOUR ORDER The products are shipped to the delivery address that you have indicated during the ordering process. All validated orders are shipped within 5 working days from the reception of your order confirmation email. During busy periods (such as sales periods), it is possible that the shipment of your orders may take a little longer than expected, we apologize for this and thank you for your understanding. SHIPPING COSTS Shipping costs are calculated according to the products in your order, the delivery service and the country of delivery you choose:
You will be able to track the progress of your order, as soon as you receive the email confirming the shipment of your order with the tracking information. In case of absence during the delivery of your order, a notice of passage will be given to you to give you the modalities of recovery of your order. For residents outside the European Union, customs fees related to the shipment of the order are at your expense. Due to the Brexit, all British orders over £135 / 150€ are now subject to all taxes and customs fees of the destination country. These charges and formalities are the responsibility of the customer/recipient. You are responsible for paying all government taxes, administrative fees and customs duties charged by a carrier when using the website or making a purchase. DELIVERY PROBLEMS For any delay in delivery of more than 8 days, we invite you to contact us as soon as possible (any complaint formulated beyond 10 calendar days after the date of validation of your order cannot be taken into account). Any dispute concerning damage, lack or error of delivery address will have to reach us in the 7 days maximum following the date of delivery resulting on the site of the deliverer, otherwise this one could not be accepted.
OUR TERMS OF RETURN, REFUND AND EXCHANGE You have the possibility to return for an exchange or a refund any product ordered on our website www.bekaloo.com, we grant you a total delay of 14 days from the reception of your order, to the following address MA EVA 6 Avenue Henri Gilbert 94290 Villeneuve-le-Roi, France The products must be returned with their purchase invoice, in their original condition and packaging (the label of the article must not have been cut, not worn, not soiled), under the following conditions:
In case of exchanges, the shipping costs of the first delivery are offered to you but the shipping costs of the second delivery are charged. In case of refund request, you have the possibility to return for a refund any product ordered only on our site. Shipping costs will not be refunded. The products must be returned under the conditions indicated in the previous paragraph. We will credit your credit card with the amount of the returned products, excluding delivery costs which remain at your charge. In both cases (exchange or refund), the transport costs incurred by the return of the products will only be refunded to you if this return is justified by the non-conformity of the products delivered (reference error, damaged product, etc.).
